Qeema Chana Pulao
Serves 6-7
Recipe in English:

Components:
-Chana daal (Break up Bengal gram) 1 Cup (washed & soaked for 1 hour)
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Water as required
-Ghee ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 7-8
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Kary patta (Curry leaves) 15-18
-Tamatar (Tomato) sliced 1 medium (elective)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch paste (Inexperienced chilli paste) 2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 500g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to style
-Saunf powder (Fennel powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Pink chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Inexperienced chillies) slit 5-6
-Rooster cubes 2
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Chawal (Rice) basmati ½ kg (washed & soaked for half-hour)
-Water 3-4 Cups or as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to style
-Kary patta (Curry leaves) 17-18
-Pyaz (Onion) fried

Instructions:
-In a sauce pan,add cut up Bengal gram,salt,water,combine nicely & convey it to boil then take away scum,cowl & boil on medium flame till 3/4th achieved (10-12 minutes),pressure & put aside.
-In a pot,add ghee & let it soften.
-Add cumin seeds,black cardamom,cloves,black peppercorns,cinnamon sticks & combine nicely.
-Add onion,combine nicely & fry till gentle golden.
-Add curry leaves & combine nicely.
-Add tomato,combine nicely & prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes.
-Add ginger garlic paste,inexperienced chilli paste & combine nicely.
-Add yogurt,combine nicely & prepare dinner for 1-2 minutes.
-Add beef mince,combine nicely & prepare dinner for 4-5 minutes.
-Add salt,fennel powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,mace powder,nutmeg powder,purple chilli crushed,combine nicely & prepare dinner till oil separates (5-6 minutes).
-Add boiled cut up Bengal gram,inexperienced chillies,rooster dice,lemon juice & combine nicely.
-Add rice & combine nicely.
-Add water,salt,combine nicely and produce it to boil,cowl & prepare dinner on medium low flame for 10-Quarter-hour.
-Add curry leaves,fried onion,cowl & simmer on low flame 6-8 minutes.
-Garish with fried onion,curry leaves & serve with yogurt raita & salad!

Instructions:
-Saucepan mein chana daal,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur ubal anay ka dangerous scum ko nikal lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 3/4th achieved hunay tak boil ker lein (10-12 minutes) phir pressure ker ka aspect per rakh dein.
-Pot mein ghee dal ker soften ker lein.
-Zeera,badi elaichi,laung,sabut kali mirch aur darchini dal ker ache tarhan combine karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur gentle golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Kary patta dal ker ache tarhan combine karein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur 1-2 minutes klya paka lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Namak,saunf powder,sabut dhania,garam masala powder,javitri powder,jaifil powder aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes).
-Boiled chana daal,hari mirchein,rooster dice aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Chawal dal ker ache tarhan combine karein.
-Pani aur namak dal ker ache tarhan combine karein aur ubal anay ka dangerous dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per 10-Quarter-hour kliya paka lein.
-Kary patta aur fried pyaz dal ker dhak dein aur 6-8 minutes kliya halki ancch per dum per rakh dein.
-Fried pyaz aur kary patta sa garnish karein aur dahi raita aur salad ka saath serve karein! neverjetno )
